And properties listed over $400,000 will also appear on the New York Times’ Web site — NYTimes.com. The listings will remain there until they are sold. Homes are also promoted to our expansive network of Sales Associates on our Intranet site, EverythingColdwellBanker.com.
But that's not all. The Full Service Marketing System™ includes the unique approach to marketing that only your Coldwell Banker Preferred professional can provide a home seller. It may call for the specialized marketing provided by Previews, our division for luxury homes. Sales Associates can describe the original thinking that will go into the specialized marketing of a home. Coldwell Banker Preferred supports the Sales Associates in providing the training and framework for unique and effective marketing. Another level of service is the Concierge Service. This complimentary, value-added, service-delivery program helps buyers and sellers locate an array of services required before, during, and after the sale or purchase of a home.
