My coverage area consists of 7 Counties in Pennsylvania, Berks, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia and Schuylkill, Most counties in NJ.  I hold brokerage licenses in five states, PA, NJ, DE, NY and NC.  My real estate practice consisted exclusively of commercial properties for many years, and now I have added residential sales to my business. I pride myself on providing personal consultative services to my clients.

Before I entered the Real Estate business, I spent 25 years working for "Start Up" companies in the Eastern United States.  I am a tenacious prospector and a creative marketer of Real Estate.  Because of my entrepreneurial background I enjoy working with Small Business Owners.

I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I moved to King of Prussia PA with my wife in 1978. I presently Live in Cumru Township just outside of Reading, PA. I have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

I volunteer my Santa services to local churches, Salvation Army, Toys for Tots and other nonprofit entities.

In 2013 I was the #1 Commercial Real Estate agent for Coldwell Banker NRT in the State of Pennsylvania.

I was twice recognized by Keller Williams Realty International for being one of the top 15 Agents out of 85,000+ agents in North America. 

Education and Training

Prior to my real estate career, I worked at creating start - up businesses for 25 years. I was a Vice President of SEI Corp and Premier Systems, two computer start-up companies. In 1999 I obtained my first real estate license. I was a site selector for a total of 8 years. 3 years with a regional auto body company in North Carolina and Tennessee and 5 years with a regional Self Storage operator in New York City. I hold real estate broker licenses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York State and North Carolina. I also have an MBA in finance from Pace University. Because of my entrepreneurial background, I like working with small business owners.
