Education and Training

     I Graduated in 1991 from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove PA . I Majored in English  with a Minor in Speech Communication.

     I have held several different sales and customer service positions most recently as a Director for Southern Living at Home. I achieved great success  earning top honors consistently for sales and service.  I loved that position because it allowed me to feed my passion for homes and families. It also allowed me to develop a keen eye for decor and staging. Figuring out quick fixes for design and layout to make a home show its best became a specialty of mine. I find this skill particularly helpful when giving prospective sellers practical suggestions for making their home show to its highest and best potential.

Business Philosophy

     My Business Philosophy is Simple. LISTEN and Pay attention to the Needs of the Client . Every Client is different and every Home is different . Never generalize or assume . Real Estate is very individualized and The Seller and or Buyer need to know that I fully understand their personal situation , needs and wants . I will be HONEST with the comparables and values so that you can have an honest and realistic picture of your homes value and potential.

      I LIKE ACTION AND ACTIVITY. So when I represent a seller or a buyer I am utilizing every means possible to get the word out about the property I am marketing or looking for. This includes multi media marketing and the Personal Touch. I am a people person and I LOVE to interact with the public. So when I am selling your home I am talking about it constantly. In the Ballfield stands, at local business meetings , in the corner store, everywhere. I also work the phones daily reaching out to local real estate professionals and personal contacts who may know or be a potential buyer for your property. I LIKE TO GET DEALS DONE!!!

Community Involvement

     I was proudly born and raised in Haddon Heights New Jersey . Over the years I have also lived in Haddonfield and Haddon Twp and have a vast knowledge of all of these local towns.

    I   have served on the Haddon Heights House tour Committee for the past several years which is the major fundraiser for the Haddon Heights Public Library. I served as a Chair of this committee for 2 years and worked closely with local businesses to make this event a townwide success.

     I was a member of the St Rose PTA  Executive Committee and volunteered for many of the school programs including initiating the Mentor Program which matched up new families to our school to veteran families to help make the school transition a truly positive experience for all parties. This program is thriving today.

     I help to run certain Social Activities at Tavistock Hills Swim Club in Barrington NJ. Some of these include Chair for the Adult Social and  youth BINGO nights during the summer.

     Other activities include being a former girl scout leader, Sponsor for the HHYA youth baseball/softball association and also a proud member of 4th Avenue Bunco. 

Personal Background

     As the youngest of 6 children family has always been at the heart of who I am. Family is what drives me to conduct myself to the highest standards as a person and a professional. I have two hardworking parents who really taught us the fundamentals of the work ethic. This strong work ethic started at my first job at a McDonalds at age 16 thru today.

     I currently live in the town of Haddon Heights with my husband Keith and our 2 children Grace and John. We are both very active in our community and we believe in volunteering whenever possible. My husband is a Successful Real Estate Appraiser so Real Estate and its value is something we discuss in our daily life continually. Our Children are involved in both the Catholic and the Public schools in our town so I have vast knowledge and experience with our local school systems. We support our local towns and Businesses whenever possible in any way possible...SHOP HADDON HEIGHTS FIRST!

     Since starting in the field of real estate I have been priviledged to work with so many wonderful clients . I have had success in getting many properties under contract in under 30 days and getting buyers in to their dream homes , not just in Haddon Heights but throughout South Jersey, so they can start living their dream. I am aggressive when marketing but I am also GETTING THE JOB DONE! I feel the combination of Business sense, Knowing the Market and the Personal Touch is why I have had this success and why my business is continuing to grow.

I love and know all of South Jersey and am knowledgable in many many areas. I think South Jersey is one of the best places to live anywhere in the country and I can spend hours listing all of the reasons why. I cant sell what I dont find value in. BUT..In our area I have not found a home yet that I cannot find VALUE. Let me show you !
