Nigel handles all of the aspects of every real estate transaction with a calm and positive attitude.  Questions and problems do arise and one needs an agent who keeps his/her cool while quickly getting all parties to the resolution of a settlement table.  Nigel considers the importance of every transaction and allots the attention each client deserves.  Nigel has a passion for helping people thru their transactions.

Areas of Expertise

Nigel grew up in Center City, Philadelphia, so he has a great knowledge of most neighborhoods.  In addition, he knows the suburbs quite well, having spent 35 years living in town with friends all over.  Nigel has extensive knowledge of new construction and development having personally gone thru a multitude of zoning approvals, modular new construction, stick frame new construction, and full rehabbing of homes.

Community Involvement

Nigel has been a very active member of the East Kensington Neighborhood Association for 5 years.  He spent 3 years on the Zoning Committee and was the Chair for two years.  Nigel also was on the board of directors of the South Street Headhouse District Business Association for 4 years.

Personal Background

Nigel loves life and it shows in his passion for real estate and helping his clients on both sides of the transactions.

Communities I Serve

Nigel is an avid supporter of many charity organizations.  He has donated time and finances to the Mural Arts Program, the Utley Foundation, Power Shift, Gary Pappa run and many others.  He surely will continue to lend a hand to help the world succeed harmoniously.
