About Me

Raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia with summers spent in Ocean City, Maryland, Kristin McFeely made The City of Brotherly Love her permanent home in 1995. After a childhood spent painting, and rearranging the furnishings and accessories in her bedroom, Kristin took her love for art and design to The University of the Arts. After graduating with a Bachelors of Fine Arts, Kristin studied Printmaking in Europe, and later completed a certificate study in Interior Design at Moore College of Art. Her Fine Art background led her to a career in advertising and graphic design, which grew into sales. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Her neighborhoods of expertise include Center City, Rittenhouse Square, Fitler Square, Graduate Hospital, Society Hill, Old City, Washington Square, Queen Village, Bella Vista, Pennsport, Art Museum, Fairmount, South Philadelphia, Girard Estates, Passyunk Square, Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Germantown, Northern Liberties, and Fishtown. Kristin's love for urban architecture has led to her purchasing and rehabbing investments herself, making her a great resource for buyers looking to do the same. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, Coldwell Banker Preferred GREEN, is a certified relocation specialist with Cartus and USAA and is part of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Mentor Program. She has also been welcomed into Coldwell Banker Preferred's International Sterling Society, and Achiever's Society, both achievements in sales volume. In her spare time, Kristin participates in the Passyunk Square Civic Association, West Mt. Airy Neighbors Association, Chestnut Hill Business Association, sits on the West Mt. Airy Zoning Committee Board and is a Big Sister through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
