Personal Background

Dan has over 25 years of combined experience in Architecture, design and Real Estate with an Architectural background from Temple University. He has been a licensed agent in New Jersey since 1975 and in Pennsylvania since 1996. Starting his career in Center City with legendary Nash Real Estate, Dan won Rookie of the Year award from GPAR 1996, and quickly became their top agent. Joining Coldwell Banker Preferred five years ago, Dan continued to expand his Real Estate career by building the award winning €œTobey Team.€ Since 2006 he and his TOBEY TEAM won every TEAM award from Coldwell Banker Preferred and Dan became a member of the President Elite Club of Coldwell Banker International.
