Personal Background

I have been involved in real estate for over 20 years, buying my first residential property at the age of 25.  Prior to becoming a Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson, I was a real estate paralegal and handled residential and commercial transactions of all sizes.  I was born and raised in New York City and graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz.  I moved to Philadelphia in 2004 and bought a home in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood just a few months later.  I am a member of the award-winning €œTobey Team€ at Coldwell Banker Preferred. Last year, I became a Green Certified Real Estate Professional. I've studied Green Building concepts, Sustainable Building materials and design, energy ratings and renewable energy resources.  I can help Buyers find homes based on these criteria and I can help Sellers market and sell their houses to a new wave of people that care about the environment, as well as saving their money in the long term.
