Michelle began her real estate career in 2005 as a sales associate. In 2011, she entered the relocation side of the business where she has remained and have been recognized for the team’s accomplishments. Last year, she was named Relocation Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania and named Director, Relocation and Client development in January 2017.

Margaret Rogers
Field Finance Manager

As Field Finance Manager, Margaret oversees finance related items such as commission processing, escrow deposits, and agent earnings.

Margaret began her career as Assistant to the Controller with Coldwell Banker Preferred 20+ years ago.  Over the years, her position with the company has continued to advance as our company grew from a single office in PA to ten offices in PA, NJ, and DE. 

Jeff Geoghan
Field Marketing Manager

Jeff Geoghan began in real estate in 2004 as a sales agent in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and in 2012 he joined the executive leadership team at Coldwell Banker Select Professionals there, where he drove the company’s creative efforts and implemented innovative marketing campaigns. In October 2014, the brokerage joined NRT LLC as Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania. In 2019 He added the role of Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Preferred serving the metro Philadelphia market.
