I have been both a buyer and seller of my personal residences before becoming a Licensed PA Real Estate Agent.

I understand the anxieties and fears that come from not knowing what is happening during the transaction, from entering into a legally binding contract to sitting a the settlement table wondering if I could have gotten more money or given up less during the negotiations.

A couple transactions that left me feeling used and abused caused me to, when life changed and I needed a new career, explore Real Estate.

I have never regretted the decision to become a Realtor. I work hard for my clients, offering my personal experience in sales and negotiations for the last 20+ years to bring a Win- Win closure to all my deals.
