Style and Sophistication
Arch Street Exchange - a juxtaposition of historic exterior and a contemporary but warm interior. Arch Street Exchange provides a choice of two distinct interior design schemes.
Scheme A - a cool, contemporary feel with sleek European style light Anegre wood cabinets, a stainless steel backsplash, light grey granite counters, and dark Jacobean stained maple floors.

Scheme B - a rich, warm feel with European style dark Wenge wood cabinets, glass backsplash tiles, light cream granite counters, and medium tone stained maple floors.

Attention to Detail
Arch Street Exchange offers several flexible one or two bedroom floor plans tailored to suite your lifestyle. The open-plan layouts and island and peninsula kitchens leave plenty of room for entertaining. Abundant light floods every loft. Great care has been taken to insure that each unit has ample storage space. For those who want to create extra spacious living room, floor plans B and E have easily removable walls.

Arch Street Exchange

A boutique building created for people who won't settle for the ordinary, the status quo. A building for people who crave the urban vibe and want to be steps away from the action. A building for those who know the difference between a white box and style.

Be one of the lucky few to own one of 35 unique condominiums at Arch Street Exchange and become part of the pulse of the city.

New York residential developer Northstar Property Group presents a masterful conversion of the former bell Telephone Company exchange building to 30 dynamic loft condominiums and 5 stunning bi-level penthouse units.
