Tech SquadColdwell Banker Preferred offers its associates a traveling Tech Team to get them started and keep them working with all the technology available in today’s real estate market. Director of Information Technology, Jason Serafin, Cindy Daurelle and IT Consultant Matt Mailey are available to assist associates with computer and technology questions and provide training as well. This is a very “hands on” service, rather than just remote help via telephone or computer. Our associates are provided everything they need to assist them in using technology to its full advantage, which has dramatic impact on sales production and service efficiencies.

Two of my Commercial deals were recently negotiated and kept on schedule to close without delay due to the support I received from MY tech guy Jason Serafin from the Coldwell Banker Preferred Helpdesk Team. In March I was knee deep in two deals when my lifeline(my laptop) went south on me. I immediately reached out to Jason Serafin of our tech department and clued him in on my situation with the deals. He spent several early mornings (pre work) with me and one later than usual Friday evening basically tearing my system apart from a software/hardware standpoint and literally rebuilding it. He made every conceivable call possible in an attempt to save me from having to layout $2500.00 for a new laptop. It seems that through his tireless efforts and phone calls he came upon a small tweak that was made by our email servicing company that could have been throwing everything off in my system.
